These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and transportation services throughout Metro Detroit, including Canton, MI, and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We recommend booking in advance, especially for airport transfers, weddings, and corporate events, to ensure vehicle availability.

• Quotes: Quotes provided via our website are estimates and may vary based on final route, wait time, and specific vehicle requests.
• Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or call from our dispatch team.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made within the following timeframes to avoid fees:

• Standard Sedans & SUVs: Minimum 24 hours notice prior to pickup.
• Limousines & Group Vehicles: Minimum 48 to 72 hours notice, depending on the event type.

Cancellations made outside the allowed window may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

4. Passenger Conduct

We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our clients. Passengers are expected to:

• Treat our professional drivers and staff with respect.
• Keep the vehicle clean. Excessive mess or damage to the interior will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
• Adhere to Michigan state laws regarding seatbelts and child safety seats.

Please note: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all Jamstar Transportation vehicles.

5. Luggage and Capacity

Please ensure that the number of passengers and luggage pieces selected during booking accurately reflects your party. Vehicles have strict legal capacity limits. If a vehicle arrives and cannot safely accommodate your party or luggage due to inaccurate booking information, we reserve the right to refuse service or arrange an additional vehicle at an extra cost.

6. Liability and Insurance

Jamstar Transportation is fully licensed, MDOT authorized, and insured. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in our vehicles. Please check your surroundings before exiting.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
